How to use our WebPhone:

1. On the “webphone”, Enter your 10 digit “username” and 10 digit “password”
2. Click “Connect”
3. Once “authenticated and registered successfully”
4. Enter Number
For calls to the U.S.:
Dial 1 + area code + the number you wish to call
5. Press “Call”
6. Listen for the operator greeting.
7. Select your language
8. You will be given the dollar amount and minutes remaining in your account
9. Wait for your call to connect
For calls OUTSIDE the U.S.:
Dial the international dialing prefix: dial country code + city code + local number. (ex: call to Japan: 81 + phone number).
1. Follow instructions 5 and 6 above
2. It’s that simple!
