De vez en cuando, y Cualquier momento en que Ud. se encuentre conectado a nuestros servidores de Internet, es posible que la coneccion se ponga lenta o se desconecte totalmente.. Les rogamos discuplas por tales Incomodidades. Ellas están, en mayor parte, fuera de nuestro control.

No somos responsable for cualquier perdida de datos, que esté enviando, o corruption de cualquiera de sus datos cuando este conectado a nuestro servicio de Internet Inalambrico, or alambrico..

Pagos

Por favor acerquce a nuestras oficinas localizadas en el Cyber EcuadorMundo.Com, al lado de Moreno's Sufboard a una cuadra de la entradada principal, en Montanita, para hacer los respectivos pagos para uso del Internet. (10 De Agosto y Vicente Rocafuerte). Pregunte por Gabriela.o Javier.

Ud. tendrá el acesso al Internet por tiempo Ilimitado durante las 1 hora al dia por $1.50, en la proximidad de nuestras oficinas, a una velocidad de banda ancha compartida con otros usuarios. Por favor asegurarse que Su señal es recibida fuerte de 3 a 4 barritas en su laptop.

Cancelaciones y Devueltas

No existen devoluciones de effectivo de ninguna forma si su laptop or portatil funciona dentro del perimetro de 10 metros cuadrados cerca de nuestro cyber, o puede ser  conectado directamente a nuestros sistemas de Internet con un cable de RJ45,  en el area publica de nuestro cyber.

Si por alguna razon, tecnica, Ud. no se encuentra satisfecho con la conneccion rendida si no se encuentra cerca de nuestro cyber, le rogamos que se acerque a nuestro cyber para garantizar uso del Internet.

Solamente Le garantizamos acceso al Internet (conectado a nuestros routers directamente), o SOLAMENTE en la proximidad de nuestro cyber en un perímetro inalámbrico aproximado de 10 metros cuadrados..  

No nos responsabilizamos por sistemas inalambricos o tarjetas inhalambricas que no sean compatibles con nuestro sistema. Generalmente todos los laptops inalambricos funcionan bien.

Nuestros Ingenieros, estan constantememte probando nuestros sistemas para asegurale a Ud. una coneccion al Internet todos los dias.

Ud. promete y esta de acuerdo con todas las condiciones siguientes.

Actividades Prohibidas durante el Uso del Internet

No hacer abuso del Internet, en cualquier forma. Ud. no se comportara en nunguna forma con ninguna clase de abuso, inclusive, pero no limitado, en ninguna forma a : (a) hacking o entrar sin autorizacion ninguna a ningun lugar de Internet que no sea publico o que le haya autorizado a Ud. a hacerlo, tampoco se le autoriza a ninguna clase de actividad terroristica desde su coneccion por medio de este sistema al Internet. (i) No enviaria, nunca, ninguna clase de email, o correo electronico, que no haya sido solicitado legalmente o a muchas personas como spam mail. (ii) Poner or divulgar cualquier clase de escritos a miles o muchas personas con el proposito de spam, o a listas de email para conducir negocio sin que sea debidamente autorizado por dichas personas. (iii) Ninguna clase de articulos o documentos que tengan que ver con marketing spam, o avisos de spam, virus, spyware, o comerciales no solicitados, por medio del Internet.

Esta de acuerdo con el hecho de que Nuestras ingenieras pueden hacen un monitoreo de todo lo que se envia por medio de nuestros sistemas.. Si encontramos que esta clase de conducta, su coneccion sera completamente terminada de acuerdo a estos estatutos.

Ud. promete que nunca hara ningun uso ilegal de nuestros servicios por medio del Internet que le ofrecemos.

We garantee access to the Internet for your laptop ONLY within the proximity of our cyber, EcuadorMundo.Com. or if your laptop is directly connected to our switches at our cyber.

No refunds will be given if your laptop works within the proximity (100 sq.feet) of our cyber, either wirelessly or connected directly to our routers with an RJ45 cable.

Forbidden Activities during use of Internet
You agree that You will not at any time conduct, (while using our Internet access wireless services) in any manner that directly or indirectly offers, sells, leases, licenses, displays, delivers, advertises, recommends, or promotes any product(s), service(s), data, information, image(s), text and/or other Website content, which is: (i) unlawful or violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, ordinance or regulation having the force of law; (ii) pornography or sexually oriented, profane, obscene, vulgar, offensive, lewd; (iii) defamatory, libelous, slanderous, abusive, threatening or harassing towards others; (iv) a multi-level marketing program, chain letter or pyramid scheme; (v) an unfair, unlawful or deceptive business practice; (vi) racially or otherwise offensive, hateful, bigoted or intolerant; (vii) in violation of any privacy or data protection law or right; (viii) infringe or violate any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy or other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction; (ix) transmit or deliver in any material that contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs and any other harmful or damaging software or other technology or the means for developing any of the above; (x) advocate, promote and/or provide assistance in carrying out violence or any other unlawful activity against any persons or any governments, businesses or other entities; (xi) the subject of any government investigation or proceedings; (xii) any form(s) of illegal gambling; or (xiii) not consistent with prevailing Internet "Netiquette" standards, as determined by common practice and in the ECUADORMUNDO.COM ® Gateway's and manager's discretions.
 

User Information. We do not use, disclose, sell or disseminate any  information obtained in connection with a our systems or transaction (including the names, addresse, etc.) except for purposes of authorizing, completing and settling transactions, whenever necesary, and resolving any refunds (when warranted), retrieval requests or similar issues involving any transactions, other than pursuant to a national or international court or governmental agency request, subpoena or order.

IN NO EVENT WILL EcuadorMundo.com ®, or its officers and or affiliates BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWSOEVER CAUSED in connection with ANY of our services.

We garantee use of the Internet ONLY within the proximity of our offices-cyber. If for some reason your signal is week at your hostal or hotel, or home, and or you encounter intermittent transmission, please come to the vecinity of our offices to make use of the Internet. We will make sure you have Internet access in the proximity of our cyber, once you paid for such services.

Governing Law. Our Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ecuador and the countries, where any infraction, if any, may have occurred. Any exclusive venue for any actions or claims arising under this Agreement shall be the appropriate state and federal court located in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and the USA., and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
